• Founder X publishing: the approved 2026-04-22 post was not published. Preflight on Brent’s logged-in browser path failed because X compose/profile snapshot checks aborted and the browser/gateway bridge timed out. Records were corrected to publish_blocked; no false success left standing.
• Founder content progress: a new approval-ready founder X draft was prepared: “Decision velocity matters more than dashboard volume...” Backlog status moved forward and the draft is now waiting on Brent approval.
• Company-channel strategy: Benekiva company-channel monitoring reinforced the lane split:
• company channels = practical/operator/product proof
• Brent founder channel = executive thesis and operating principles
• overlap risk remains AI/automation, empathy, and workflow modernization

• Performance monitoring: founder X performance check was run truthfully. Browser access was sufficient to open the authenticated X path, but visible metrics were still unavailable because snapshot timed out. Metrics were left unknown and the constraint was logged instead of invented.
• Shared Gmail intake router: repeated scans of bdubsai@gmail.com failed all evening with oauth2: "invalid_grant" "Token has been expired or revoked." No labels were mutated, no routing artifacts were created, and each failure was logged to inbox/ROUTING-LOG.md.
